Office hours
Open daily from 11:00 to 17:00 for in-person check-in and key collection.
Online check-in
This must be completed before arrival. If your booking is not fully formalised, you can finalise it the following day during office hours.
Key collection outside office hours
From 17:00 onwards, please go to reception, where the key safes are located (C/ Barranco del Agua s/n, next to Butterfly Bar).
You will receive the following by WhatsApp or email:
- Key safe number
- Access code
- Apartment location
- Access instructions
How to use the key safe
- Go to reception.
- Find the key safe indicated in your message.
- Enter the code and press “OK” to open.
- Collect your keys.
- Close the key safe securely.

24-hour virtual assistant
During your stay, you can access our virtual assistant (chatbot), available 24 hours a day. It will help you with any requests and report any issues to our team so we can assist you as soon as possible.
When using the service, please provide the surname and booking number under which the reservation was made.
Check-out outside office hours
If you check out outside office hours, you will find a drop box for the keys at the bottom of the stairs.

The Olée Holiday Rental apartments are located in unique surroundings between the villages of Nerja and Torrox.
You can visit our apartment to see a better description.
The electricity in the apartments is 220 volts. If you need adapters, please ask for them at our reception. Hair dryers are also available on request. The apartments have toiletries in the bathroom, as well as basic cleaning products (detergent, mop, dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid).
All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. All apartments are fitted with PVC blinds. The complex has a swimming pool and sunbathing area with sunbeds and sunshades (included in the price). For your security, the community has several CCTV cameras, located at the access gates to the estate’s garages.
Bedclothes and towels are changed once every 4 days, between 10 am and 2 pm, and the apartments are cleaned at the same time (except kitchens). If you wish, you can request our extra cleaning services by contacting reception. It costs €40 for a one bedroom apartment, €50 for a 2 bedroom apartment and €60 for a 3 bedroom apartment.
We offer a high chair and cot rental service for an additional charge of 4 euros per day.
The complex has a baby pool with a depth of 40 cm so that the smallest members of the family can also enjoy a refreshing dip.
A free wireless service is available throughout the resort.
We have underground parking priced at €5 per day. The rates are 25 euros for one week, €40 euros for two weeks and 1 euro per day for long stays (minimum 30 days).
However, Club de Amigos members can enjoy our underground parking service for free.
As the Olée Holiday Rentals apartments are located on a hillside between the coastal villages of Nerja and Torrox Costa, we advise coming by car for greater convenience. If you require car rental, please contact our reception service and we’ll give you obligation-free information.
The reception can provide you with the number of a local taxi company, or even phone to book one for the time you need it.t
Just 200 meters from the apartments, across the road there is a fantastic cove. Similarly, just 500 metres away can be found a beach with beach bars, showers and toilets. Here are some the best beaches where you can enjoy the best climate in Europe.
Rules for guests with pets – Olée Nerja Tourist Apartments
To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests, we have established specific rules for those travelling with their pets.
Pet Acceptance
- Only one pet is allowed per apartment, subject to request and approval at the time of booking.
- Only dogs and cats up to 15 kg are accepted.
- Exotic animals and those classified as potentially dangerous are not permitted.
Additional Fees
A daily cleaning and maintenance fee will be added to the total cost of the stay:
- High Season (July 1 to August 31): €10 per pet/day.
- Low Season (rest of the year): €5 per pet/day.
Coexistence Rules
- Supervision: Pets must always be under the owner’s control and may not be left alone in the apartment for long periods.
- Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the swimming pool.
- Hygiene: Owners must always clean up after their pets. Please bring your own food bowl, bed, blanket, and waste bags.
- Noise and Behaviour: Pets must remain calm and avoid making noise that could disturb other guests.
Damage and Responsibility
Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and must cover the cost of repairs.
Documentation
A valid and up-to-date vaccination record for the pet may be requested at any time during the stay.
Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with these rules may result in early termination of the stay for the guest and their pet, without any refund.

Olée Torrox Costa Tourist Apartments – Pets are not allowed
We accept assistance dogs in accordance with Royal Decree 409/2025 of 27 May, regulating the activity and welfare of assistance dogs, and Decree 94/2025 of 16 April, regulating the procedure for recognising assistance dog status, their badge and identification card, training centres, and the Andalusian Assistance Dogs Register. We kindly ask you to consult both regulations. More information.

The closest supermarket is 2.5 km away from the apartments in Torrox Costa. Information can be found at reception about the location of El Ingenio Shopping Centre in Torre del Mar, food markets and flea markets in nearby villages.
