Reception opening times:

All week from 10 am to 7 pm.

Check-in / check-out

Check-in

Check-in time 2pm - midnight.

If you would like to access your apartment before 2 pm, please consult our staff before your arrival. We can move the check-in time forward if the apartment was empty on the previous day.

If you arrive outside our reception opening hours (10 am to 7 pm), please call our phone number 689 23 38 67 and one of our staff members will arrive within 10 minutes to welcome you and show you your apartment. You will need to go to reception on the following day to formally check in.

Check-out

Check-out time midday.

If you need to depart outside reception opening hours (from 10 am to 7 pm), please let our staff know beforehand and they’ll tell you what you need to do.

If your departure time is during our reception opening hours, just go to our office to hand in the keys.

If however you would like to leave later than the check-out time, ask us about availability. If a late check-out is possible, we charge €15 until 2 pm and €25 until 6 pm.

The Olée Nerja Holiday Rental apartments are located in unique surroundings between the villages of Nerja and Torrox.

Apartments

You can visit our apartment to see a better description.

Bedclothes and towels are changed once every 4 days, between 10 am and 2 pm, and the apartments are cleaned at the same time (except kitchens). If you wish, you can request our extra cleaning services by contacting reception. It costs €40 for a one bedroom apartment, €50 for a 2 bedroom apartment and €60 for a 3 bedroom apartment.

The electricity in the apartments is 220 volts. If you need adapters, please ask for them at our reception. Hair dryers are also available on request. The apartments have toiletries in the bathroom, as well as basic cleaning products (detergent, mop, dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid).

All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. All apartments are fitted with PVC blinds. The complex has a swimming pool and sunbathing area with sunbeds and sunshades (included in the price). For your security, the community has several CCTV cameras, located at the access gates to the estate's garages.

Babies

We offer a high chair and cot rental service for an additional charge of 4 euros per day.

The complex has a baby pool with a depth of 40 cm so that the smallest members of the family can also enjoy a refreshing dip.

Internet

A free wireless service is available throughout the hotel.

Parking

We have underground parking priced at €5 per day. The rates are 25 euros for one week, €40 euros for two weeks and 1 euro per day for long stays (minimum 30 days).

However, Club de Amigos members can enjoy our underground parking service for free.

Car hire

As the Olée Nerja Holiday Rentals apartments are located on a hillside between the coastal villages of Nerja and Torrox Costa, we advise coming by car for greater convenience. If you require car rental, please contact our reception service and we’ll give you obligation-free information.

Taxi

The reception can provide you with the number of a local taxi company, or even phone to book one for the time you need it.

Beaches

Just 200 meters from the apartments, across the road there is a fantastic cove. Similarly, just 500 metres away can be found a beach with beach bars, showers and toilets. Here are some the best beaches where you can enjoy the best climate in Europe.

 

Pets

You can bring cats and dogs to Olée Nerja Holiday Rentals with some exceptions.

Rules and regulations:

  • The dog or cat must weigh a maximum of 5 kg.
  • No more than one animal is permitted per apartment.
  • When moving around the apartment complex, dogs and cats must be properly restrained or held by their owner.
  • Cleaning personnel will not clean rooms in which an animal has been left unsupervised by its owner.
  • Dogs and cats may be left in rooms, but please leave us a contact telephone number.

All pets must have:

  • Up to date vaccinations.
  • Anti-parasite treatment before arrival.
  • Have a microchip.

It is strictly forbidden:

  • Dogs may not use the community's communal areas such as gardens and swimming pools.
  • Dog breeds listed as dangerous are not permitted.

Price:

Supplement of €10 per animal/day. A bed and drinking bowl are provided, subject to availability.

For long stays (minimum 30 days), the supplement will be €2 per animal/day, or a total price of €60.

The closest supermarket is 2.5 km away from the apartments in Torrox Costa. Information can be found at reception about the location of El Ingenio Shopping Centre in Torre del Mar, food markets and flea markets in nearby villages.
